Unlockable: Challenge Hall Hard Boss Challenges

Hard versions of bosses can be unlocked by beating a boss's normal version once. Hard version battles only allow a certain number of turns. Here are the bosses you can unlock:

• DURMITE X - 5 Turns
• Beta Kretin X - 15 Turns
• Wisdurm X - 18 Turns
• Bowser's Memory MX LX - 10 Turns
• Junker X - 15 Turns
• Dark Star X - 12 Turns

Unlockable: Boss Rush Mode and Bowser X

Beat all the Gauntlet bosses in the Challenge Hall to unlock Boss Rush Mode. You'll fight all the previous bosses AND a special Bowser X fight will be unlocked. You only get 35 turns to defeat King Koopa himself -- it's Mario's toughest battle yet!
