That national treasure, that record-breaking master of the pool, that prime example of the limits of human endurance - he's taken out commies and terrorists using nothing more than his charm and allure - he is Kieren Perkins.
The US of A might have Aussie Nicole Kidman promoting DS and More Brain Training over there, but we have our world champion swimmer Kieren Perkins and his wife Symantha promoting the release of the next Brain Training game in Australia, which is out from today for AU$49.95.
"Having used the original Dr Kawashima's Brain Training game for a while now, I was genuinely looking forward to all of the new ways I could exercise my mind. More Brain Training is the perfect way for me to continue my Brain Training workout, while keeping the activities fresh and interesting.", explains Kieren.
Symantha Perkins is a journalist, model, TV personality, charity ambassador and a mum to 3 kids - Georgia 10, Harry 8, and Charlotte 2. Throughout her career, Sam has been a positive role model for real women and inspired Australians across the country.
"It's great to see a company like Nintendo, which would traditionally focus on my three young kids, creating a product that will actually benefit me. It's also great to see my brain age getting better than Kieren's!"
All of this reminds us of back when Nintendo Australia used Michael Klim - another Olympic swimmer - to promote its gold range of N64 and Game Boy products. Go for gold, Nintendo. Do us proud.
