Michael Vick To Be Added in Next Roster Update

Michael Vick recently signing with the Philidelphia Eagles has left many Madden NFL 10 owners wondering if the quarterback will ever be added to the roster. After all, the game just hit store shelves today. So will we see him appear before the start of the season?

Electronic Arts confirmed with IGN today the former Atlanta Falcons QB will be available in the next roster update scheduled for this month, assuming it's approved by the league.

"Michael Vick will be added to the Philadelphia Eagles roster in the next Madden NFL 10 roster scheduled for this update, pending NFLPA and NFL approvals," a spokersperson said.

"The next roster update will go live approximately on August 19th for Xbox 360 and PS3, with additional platforms to follow shortly thereafter."
